Responsibilities

• Process payments and manage vendor invoicing.
• Reconcile invoices and verify entries against reports.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
• File and maintain historical accounting records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
