Process high-volume invoices (1,000+ weekly) with accuracy and efficiency
Perform 3-way match to ensure proper invoice validation
Communicate with vendors and reconcile statements promptly
Prepare and process weekly check runs
Assist with month-end close activities

Preferred:

Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
Experience with Coupa
