Job description

Help Build the Financial Foundation of a Next-Generation AI Infrastructure Company!!

CSuite Financial Partners / Ravix Group has been retained by our client, Limiting Factor Group (LFG), a Menlo Park-based AI infrastructure company, to identify a talented Revenue Accounting Analyst to join its rapidly expanding accounting and finance organization.

$400 million in newly raised capital. A $2 billion valuation. A founding team that includes key architects of xAI's AI computing infrastructure. And extraordinary ambitions for growth.

LFG designs, builds, and manages the critical power infrastructure needed to fuel the next generation of artificial intelligence. Combining proven technical expertise, substantial financial backing, and an ambitious vision for the future, the company is positioning itself at the forefront of one of the most consequential infrastructure expansions of our time.

As LFG scales its operations and customer relationships, we're seeking a technically strong, detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Analyst to help establish accurate revenue recognition, contract accounting, and billing processes within its growing finance organization.

This is an opportunity to join a foundational accounting team, work alongside accomplished leadership, and participate in the potential long-term value creation of a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company.

What You'll Do
  • Review customer contracts and determine appropriate accounting treatment and revenue recognition under US GAAP.
  • Prepare customer invoices and record revenue, deferred revenue, and related journal entries.
  • Maintain accurate revenue schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances, monitor outstanding invoices, and coordinate follow-up on overdue payments.
  • Maintain customer contract records, including pricing adjustments, rate increases, and renewal dates.
  • Partner with the Controller and broader finance team to strengthen billing accuracy, revenue reporting, and internal controls.
  • Prepare revenue-related schedules and supporting documentation for financial audits.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including meaningful exposure to revenue recognition, customer billing, and accounts receivable.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606, and the ability to interpret customer contracts.
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel/spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, particularly billing modules and revenue-related accounting workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate revenue schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary and travel occasionally.

Highly Valued: CPA certification or progress toward licensure, experience with contract-based or recurring revenue arrangements, deferred revenue accounting, and complex customer billing structures.

Industry-specific experience is not required. We're seeking capable accounting professionals with strong technical fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and the ambition to grow alongside the business.

Base Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional rewards include eligibility for company equity or long-term cash incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, short-term disability and life insurance, three weeks of accrued paid vacation, 10+ paid holidays, and paid sick leave.

Location & Work Arrangement

LFG values in-person collaboration as it builds its foundational finance organization. However, fully remote arrangements may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates who demonstrate outstanding technical capabilities and alignment with the company's needs.

Occasional travel to other company locations may be required.
