Job description

Help Build the Financial Foundation of a Next-Generation AI Infrastructure Company!!

CSuite Financial Partners / Ravix Group has been retained by our client, Limiting Factor Group (LFG), a Menlo Park-based AI infrastructure company, to identify a talented Fixed Asset Accounting Analyst to join its rapidly expanding accounting and finance organization.

$400 million in newly raised capital. A $2 billion valuation. A founding team that includes key architects of xAI's AI computing infrastructure. And extraordinary ambitions for growth.

LFG designs, builds, and manages the critical power infrastructure needed to fuel the next generation of artificial intelligence. Combining proven technical expertise, substantial financial backing, and an ambitious vision for the future, the company is positioning itself at the forefront of one of the most consequential infrastructure expansions of our time.

As LFG prepares for significant growth and infrastructure investment, we're seeking a technically strong, detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accounting Analyst to take ownership of critical asset accounting functions and help establish scalable financial processes.

This is an opportunity to join a foundational accounting team, work alongside accomplished leadership, and participate in the potential long-term value creation of a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain and manage the company's fixed asset register, including asset classifications, locations, useful lives, and supporting documentation.
  • Oversee the transition of completed construction projects from construction-in-progress (CIP) to capitalized fixed assets.
  • Calculate, record, and reconcile monthly depreciation in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Manage asset transfers, disposals, impairments, and related accounting adjustments.
  • Coordinate physical asset inventories with Receiving and Facility Operations teams.
  • Prepare fixed asset reconciliations, rollforwards, and supporting schedules for financial audits and property tax reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Controller and broader finance team to strengthen asset accounting processes and internal controls.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years of substantive fixed asset accounting responsibility involving capitalization, depreciation, asset reconciliations, and construction-in-progress (CIP).
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP capitalization policies, depreciation methodologies, and fixed asset accounting principles.
  • Experience maintaining fixed asset records and working with fixed asset modules within ERP systems.
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel/spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Experience with construction-in-progress accounting, asset capitalization, and depreciation schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary and travel occasionally.

Highly Valued: CPA certification or progress toward licensure, experience with ERP billing modules, capital-intensive operations, and complex fixed asset portfolios.

Industry-specific experience is not required. We're seeking capable accounting professionals with strong technical fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and the ambition to grow alongside the business.

Base Salary: $125,000–$185,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional rewards include eligibility for company equity or long-term cash incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, short-term disability and life insurance, three weeks of accrued paid vacation, 10+ paid holidays, and paid sick leave.

Location & Work Arrangement

LFG values in-person collaboration as it builds its foundational finance organization. However, hybrid arrangements may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates residing within commuting distance of Menlo Park.

Fully remote arrangements are not available.

Occasional travel to other company locations may be required.
