CFS in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. You will process a high volume of invoices, perform reconciliations, and manage three-way matching for efficient payments and reporting. • 3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Construction industry experience or Coins experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently (up to 100 per day).
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and statement reviews.
• Execute three-way matching of invoices, POs, and receiving docs.
• Manage purchasing card transactions and related documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the AP inbox and resolve vendor inquiries promptly.
• Support month-end close activities and AP reporting requirements.

• Execute three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
• Manage purchasing card transactions and related documentation
• Monitor and maintain the AP inbox, ensuring timely resolution of vendor inquiries
• Support month-end accounting activities and AP reporting requirements

Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist
