Randstad USA in Cheshire, CT seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing finance team. This temporary-to-permanent role targets accuracy, reliability, and the ability to handle high volumes in a busy office environment.

The position offers first shift hours (8 AM–5 PM) with an hourly pay rate of $28–$30. Applicants should have a High School diploma and at least four years of AP experience in a dynamic setting.

Responsabilidades

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding items.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Assist with month-end close activities, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
