Job summary

Randstad USA in San Antonio, TX is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage high-volume invoice processing, reconcile vendor statements, and collaborate across departments to resolve payment inquiries. This is a 3-month contract to hire with a First shift (8 AM–5 PM).

The role requires a High School diploma and about 5 years of experience in AP/AR. The position offers compensation of $23–$26 per hour, with potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in accounting, with high-volume AP/AR processing.

• Experience with vendor statements reconciliation and payment inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently while verifying transactions against purchase orders, charge slips, and sales tickets.
• Reconcile vendor statements, maintain precise payment records, and assist AR team with billing needs.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and clients to address payment inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and financial procedures in all transactions.
• Demonstrate proficiency with accounting software and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently while verifying transactions against purchase orders, charge slips, and sales tickets.
• Reconcile vendor statements, maintain precise payment records, and serve as a adaptable floater to assist the Accounts Receivable team with billing needs.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and clients to address payment inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth financial operations across both departments.
• Maintain strict adherence to company compliance standards, internal accounting policies, and financial procedures in all transaction processing.
• Demonstrate proficiency with accounting software and enterprise management systems alongside attention to detail and a proven track record in high-volume AP or AR processing.
