Role Overview:

In this fast-paced, multi-entity environment, you’ll handle vendor payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure policy compliance. Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing payment runs (checks, ACH, wires), performing 3-way matching, reconciling discrepancies, supporting audits, and assisting with month-end close.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, with a strong understanding of 3-way matching and vendor tax compliance. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is required, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus. The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
