The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems. You will collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies, support month-end close, and improve payment workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with accounts payable and payments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivots.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Tipalti, Concur is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices and credit memos with proper approvals.
• Monitor invoices through the approval workflow to ensure timely payment.
• Maintain vendor records and validate required documentation.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor statement differences.
• Coordinate with business partners on coding for routine invoices and expenses.
• Prepare regular payment runs and supporting schedules.
• Process ACH, wire, checks, and other electronic payments.
