Job summary

Altus Spine is hiring an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our team in West Chester, PA. The role focuses on full-cycle AP/AR, invoice processing, and cash management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on AP/AR experience, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems, with opportunities for professional growth and certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree required: Accounting/Finance related; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-4 years in AP/AR or general accounting in corporate/manufacturing setting.
• Experience processing vendor invoices, customer payments, reconciliations, and account analysis in an ERP/accounting system.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices for AP/AR.
• Experience supporting month-end close activities and account reconciliations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and vendor purchase orders accurately.
• Monitor backorders and order confirmations; resolve issues daily.
• Communicate with customers, distributors, hospitals, and sales reps about orders, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality to maintain BOMs and support operations.
• Assist with obtaining PO and hospital pricing approvals and billing documentation.
• Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Manage full-cycle AP/AR activities including invoice processing and collections support.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash management.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and data validation.
• Prepare documentation for audits and work with cross-functional teams to maintain financial accuracy.
