Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
• 3+ years Accounts Payable experience.
• Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with JDE, SAP, ARIBA or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts payable aging to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner.
• Subject matter expert for banking and payment related issues.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in developing KPIs to ensure efficient AP operations.
• Assist with month-end AP close and reporting under tight deadlines.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to streamline the department.
