Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a mid-level Accounting Specialist role performing A/R, A/P, credit card reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred within the program.
• BA/BS in Accounting preferred.
• Credit card reconciliation experience and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of A/P and A/R including invoice processing, billing, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform monthly bank, merchant, and credit card reconciliations.
• Process invoices, expense reports, investigator payments, and card transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners while maintaining confidentiality.
