Job summary

DSI Tech seeks an Accounting Specialist to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in its Ashburn, VA office. You will ensure timely processing, accurate recordkeeping, and efficient financial operations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes data integrity, reconciliations, and adherence to confidential information. Local candidates only; this is an in-office, full-time position in Ashburn, Virginia.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a mid-level Accounting Specialist role performing A/R, A/P, credit card reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• BA/BS in Accounting preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP proficiency.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Record, verify, and enter financial transactions to maintain data integrity.
• Manage end-to-end A/P and A/R processes, including invoicing and vendor payments.
• Reconcile GL accounts and perform monthly bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Deliver accurate reporting and support internal partners and external vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
