Qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Minimum 3+ years accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Manufacturing industry experience a plus.
• Ability to drive towards resolution; three-way match experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices and payments to vendors accurately.
• Verify vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving discrepancies.
• Post journal entries and assist with month-end close and accruals.
• Provide backup support and participate in process improvements.
