Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and match to PO/receiving documents.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements.
• Post payments, reconcile vendor statements, and monitor aging.
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Prepare reports for management and support audits.
