Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of AP/AR or accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices for payment.
• Match POs, receiving docs, and invoices; prepare weekly payments.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries.
• Post customer payments and issue invoices.
• Monitor aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assist with month-end closings and reconciliations.
• Support audits and general ledger reconciliations.
