Job summary

Manna Beverages is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the finance team in Indianapolis. This on-site role handles vendor invoices, customer billing, collections, and month-end tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP/AR or accounting, strong data entry accuracy, and proficiency with Excel and MS Office. Manufacturing/beverage experience is a plus, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AP/AR or accounting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong data entry, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, beverage distribution, or similar industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for payment and match with PO/receiving documents.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices; post payments and maintain records.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Support audits with required documentation and reports.
