Napleton Chevrolet Buick GMC Beaver Dam in Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. If you excel at accuracy and thrive in a fast-paced dealership, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, posting payments, reconciling balances, assisting with month-end close, and maintaining organized records. Automotive dealership experience and solid Excel skills are a plus; we offer a supportive team

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience required.
• Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership management systems (Dealertrack, Tekion).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
