Regal Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for our Lakeland dealership. The ideal candidate will handle invoices, match POs, process payments, and support month-end close with strong attention to detail.

Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred, and proficiency with dealership software plus Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) is expected. You must be reliable, able to work independently or with a team, and pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, code, and process vendor invoices and supporting documentation.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Process payments by check, ACH, and electronic transfer.
• Monitor payment schedules and resolve vendor discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconciliations.
• Communicate with vendors.

Position Summary
