Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum two years of office accounting experience (AR/AP) preferred.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and coordinate with Corporate AP for timely remittance.
• Reconcile and retain employee credit card transactions and related docs.
• Assist with vendor set-up and credit applications; collect W-9s as needed.
• Enter data into accounting systems to track purchases and services.
• Support AR aging, invoicing, and month-end close activities.
• Handle cash receipts per policy; perform general clerical tasks as needed.
• Perform front office reception duties and related tasks.
