Job summary

MEI is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee the accounting and administrative teams, manage daily office activities, and support the General Manager and Regional Accounting Manager. The role includes supervising payables/receivables, project accounting, job costing, and ensuring consistency across invoicing systems.

You will lead margin analysis, coordinate month-end activities, and produce timely financial reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project accounting and margin analysis.
• Supervise AR processes: invoicing, collections, and aging.
• Supervise AP processes: purchasing, cost accounting, and vendor discounts.
• Coordinate month-/quarter-/year-end processes.
• Generate timely financial reports on demand.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators for data.Learn MEI's internal systems and train others.
