The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a motivated accounting professional to join Sewell Fleet Management as an Accounting Administrator. The role focuses on accounts payable or accounts receivable, depending on the candidate’s skills, and involves processing financial transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
• Completion of drug screening and background screening.
• Provide all government I-9 requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts receivable/payable records
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding receivables/payables
• Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment and application of funds received
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner and/or funds are received by customers per payment terms
• Provide other support as needed for the operations of the company
• Maintain a great attitude and professional discretion
