Job summary

Herzog-Meier Auto Center in Beaverton, OR is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our busy accounting team on-site. Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and discrepancies
• Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts

# Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk**Herzog-Meier Auto Center | Beaverton, OR** **Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Site**Herzog-Meier Auto Center is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented **Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk** to join our Accounting team.This is a hands-on accounting position supporting a busy multi-franchise automotive dealership. We are looking for someone who is organized, accurate, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of their work from start to finish.**Dealership accounting and CDK experience are highly preferred.**## What You'll Do* Process and code vendor invoices* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies* Process vendor payments and maintain accurate vendor accounts* Post and reconcile accounts receivable payments* Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables* Assist with daily deposits and cash/credit card reconciliation* Reconcile assigned accounting schedules and clearing accounts* Research aged, unusual, or out-of-balance items* Assist with month-end accounting and closing responsibilities* Work with Sales, Service, Parts, and other departments to resolve accounting issues* Maintain accurate documentation and follow established internal controls## Systems We Use**CDK | Yooz | Zevez | Microsoft Excel**## QualificationsExperience with CDK or other automotive dealership accounting systems is a strong plus.
