Job summary

Herzog-Meier Auto Center in Beaverton, OR is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our busy accounting team on-site. Qualifications

• Experience in AP/AR accounting and month-end close is required.
• CDK experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Yooz/Zevez AP automation is preferred.
• Solid Excel and data entry accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and discrepancies
• Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts
• Post and reconcile accounts receivable payments
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up
• Assist with daily deposits and cash reconciliation
• Support month-end closing procedures
• Collaborate with Sales and Service to resolve accounting issues
