Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Concur; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry; clear communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and enter vendor invoices in the accounting system.
• Route invoices for approval using Concur and follow up for timely approvals.
• Prepare and schedule payments via check, ACH, wire, or credit card.
• Set up vendors, collect W-9s, respond to inquiries, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Review travel and entertainment expense reports for policy compliance.
• Assist with year-end tax requirements, including 1099 processing.
