The candidate will help manage 1099 tracking and year-end reporting as needed. The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to resolve issues related to vendor payments and financial documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
• Generate purchase orders when necessary.
• Obtain and print signatures on all checks.
• Assist senior financial officers as needed.
