• Minimum two years accounts payable processing experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems in a medium-to-large business environment is preferred.
• Experience reconciling vendor statements and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices and employee reimbursement requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring appropriate documentation, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor shared accounts payable inboxes, prioritize requests, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Utilize SAP and other accounting systems to perform day-to-day accounts payable activities, including invoice entry, coding, matching, posting, and exception resolution.
• Review PO and non-PO invoices for accuracy, GL coding, cost center allocation, payment terms, and approvals.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices, PO, and goods receipts; investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and aging reports to SAP records; resolve missing invoices and payment discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors about invoice status, remittance, and billing inquiries.
• Prepare and process scheduled payment runs using checks and electronic payments.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and maintenance of vendor master records.
• Support month-end close activities and audit requests related to accounts payable.
