Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements with accuracy.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices, POs, and receipts.
• Prepare scheduled payments and resolve payment blocks or duplicates.
• Reconcile vendor statements and aging reports in SAP.
• Support month-end close and internal control procedures.
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to inquiries from vendors.
