Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive vendor invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate invoice approvals and follow up with Project Managers on outstanding invoices.
• Prepare weekly check runs, special payments, and expedited checks as approved.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger documentation.
• Support bank deposits, accounts payable automation, and other accounting functions as needed.
