Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to accurately process vendor invoices, issue payments, and maintain detailed records. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with growth potential.

The role is contract-based and onsite in Roanoke, VA, with training requiring full onsite presence for roughly 90–180 days. After training, there is a remote work option on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Handle 50–100 invoices per day.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Proficient in Excel including lookup functions (VLOOKUP).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices with high accuracy.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving docs.
• Route invoices for approvals per policy and workflow.
• Process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
