Job summary

FOX Factory Holding Corp. seeks an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Coldwater, MI to manage the full AP cycle from invoice receipt to payment. You will code invoices in Oracle ERP, perform 3-way match, and support vendor records and month-end close with internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP or related accounting, a high school diploma (associates preferred), and strong Excel skills. This onsite role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, code and enter vendor invoices.
• Process the 3-way match (PO, receipt, invoice) and resolve differences.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires).
• Set up and maintain vendor records and respond to vendor questions.
• Support month-end close and AP subledger reconciliation.
