FOX Factory is seeking an AP Coordinator to manage the full accounts payable cycle across our campus, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor management. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Receiving and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts payable or related accounting role preferred
• Oracle ERP experience preferred
• SOX/internal controls experience a plus

Responsabilités

• Invoice Processing: Review, code and enter vendor invoices in Oracle ERP
• Payments: Prepare weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH and wire transfers
• Vendor Management: Set up and maintain vendor records, including W-9 and federal ID verification
• Close, Controls & Audit: Support month-end close, AP accruals and reconciling AP subledger to GL
