Job summary

FOX Factory Accounting is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the full AP cycle—from invoice receipt to payment. You will work with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve issues, and support month-end close and audits in an onsite office environment.

The role requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and ability to collaborate across departments. Prior AP experience and Oracle ERP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts payable or related accounting role
• Oracle ERP experience preferred
• SOX or internal controls experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Review, code and enter vendor invoices in Oracle ERP; perform 3-way match and resolve differences
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)
• Set up and maintain vendor records (W-9, federal ID) and reconcile statements
• Support month-end close, AP accruals and reconciling AP subledger to GL; assist with 1099 reporting
