Responsibilities

• Enter transactions in PeopleSoft and the service request management tool.
• Retrieve, index, and review scanned documents and forms.
• Provide good customer service by addressing inquiries and seeking resolutions.
• Collaborate across teams to document, research, and resolve issues.
• Assist with cyclical processing and period-end activities.
• Complete assignments as directed by the Supervisor.
• Adhere to MTA and department policies and procedures.
• Track and report status of work and maintain knowledge base.
