Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 4 years of progressive financial/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly journal entries for leases and IT arrangements.
• Prepare footnote disclosures and account analyses for reporting.
• Assist with GASB-related lease accounting guidance where applicable.
• Coordinate with procurement, IT, and real estate on lease data.
• Prepare monthly rental revenue schedules and reconcile items from systems.
