Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5–7+ years of progressive accounts payable experience with supervisory exposure.
Experience with high-volume AP and three-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice).
Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
Excel proficiency including pivots and lookups.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable function for high-volume invoices.
Manage and optimize three-way matching and payment approvals.
Ensure proper invoice coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
Oversee vendor payments (ACH, wire, etc.) and AP aging.
Lead AP team and develop staff; support month-end close.
Collaborate with purchasing/operations to resolve PO/invoice discrepancies.
