Job summary

Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions, Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable Lead to guide high-volume AP operations, ensure accurate invoice processing, and drive process improvements.

You will lead the AP team, coordinate with Purchasing, GL, and vendors, and support the transition to NetSuite while maintaining strong internal controls. The role requires an Associate's degree in accounting or related field and 5+ years of AP experience, with proven leadership and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of progressive AP experience, including high-volume processing.
• Experience leading workflows or training staff is required.
• Manufacturing, multi-location, or ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AP invoice intake and processing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Oversee high-volume PO and non-PO invoices, verify coding and approvals.
• Improve electronic requisition workflows and automated invoice intake.
• Maintain vendor records and support ERP migration readiness.
• Coordinate month-end close and intercompany payables with multiple teams.
• Train and cross-train AP staff and standardize workflows across sites.
