Job summary

Influential, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing Accounting team in Los Angeles. This role reports to the Senior Manager, AP & Cash Management and drives timely payments, vendor relations, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in AP/AR, strong math skills, and hands-on experience with NetSuite, Concur, Salesforce, Tipalti and Google Workspace. A BS in Accounting/Finance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills.
• Detail oriented.
• +3 years experience in AP and/or AR.
• Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Concur, SalesForce, Tipalti and Google Workspace.
• Experience processing large volumes of invoices accurately and timely.
• A BS degree in Accounting / Finance / Business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment using internal accounting software systems.
• Perform invoice data entry and processing with efficiency and accuracy.
• Review vendor contracts against invoice data.
• Verify banking details on invoice for accuracy prior to submission for manager payment approvals.
• Maintain client campaigns and communicate with vendors professionally when requesting invoices.
• Assist senior management with monthly reconciliations and accruals.
