Job summary

LHH is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in San Mateo, CA to join a collaborative accounting team. You will process high-volume AP using NetSuite and Coupa, handle three-way matching, manage Payments, and assist with month-end close and reporting.

Required: 3+ years AP experience, proficiency in NetSuite and Coupa, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail. Strong communication with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Coupa required.
• Experience with full-cycle AP, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payment processing, and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of three-way matching, purchase orders, and expense reporting.
• Experience researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently using NetSuite and Coupa
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
• Perform two-way and three-way matching and resolve discrepancies before payment
• Prepare and process ACH, wire, check, and other vendor payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding invoices, credits, and payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vendor records and assist with vendor setup and W-9 documentation
• Respond to vendor inquiries and partner with internal departments to resolve AP-related issues
• Assist with month-end close, AP reconciliations, accruals, and reporting
• Ensure AP transactions follow company policies, internal controls, and established approval processes
• Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows and maximize the use of NetSuite and Coupa
