Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete AP cycle: research, allocate, and record invoices with approvals.
• Research and resolve inquiries regarding account status and discrepancies.
• Oversee scanned invoices and monitor aging reports for timely disbursements.
• Review and approve batch postings; liaise with departments on invoice payments.
• Set up vendors in the MIP system; manage 1099s filing.
