Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in progressive AP or accounting, with 3+ years in management.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; international experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, vendor management, and T&E policy administration.
• Hands-on with Concur and corporate card programs; SAP or ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an AP team focused on service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee full-cycle AP for U.S. and Canada, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
• Manage weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires, cross-border).
• Oversee journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Spearhead T&E policy, Concur administration, and corporate card programs.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits; ensure SOX/compliance.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with IT on system enhancements.
