Job summary

TOTO USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Accounts Payable to lead daily AP operations from our Morrow, GA office. You will oversee the processing of supplier invoices, employee expenses, and payments in line with policy and controls.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in AP with supervisory experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong ERP skills (SAP S/4HANA, Concur). This on-site role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five to eight years of accounts payable, accounting, or billing experience, including one to two years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Work is performed primarily in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the accurate and timely processing of domestic and international supplier invoices, employee expenses, and payments, ensuring compliance with policy requirements.
• Oversees AP period-end activities, including batch posting, accruals, reconciliations, and related GL accounts.
• Manages the employee expense reporting process, including system administration, reconciliation, policy compliance, and support.
• Establishes and maintains AP processes, controls, and internal audits; supports external audits.
• Serves as an escalation point for complex issues and partners with Procurement and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitors AP performance, aging, and payment timeliness to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepares and monitors the AP department operating budget and coordinates 1099 reporting.
