Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and data interpretation.
• Ability to work independently with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor accounts, process invoices, approvals, and payments.
• Review SAP reports (GRIR, MRBR) to identify trends.
• Resolve non-routine AP issues with cross-functional teams.
• Support cash application and reconciliations.
• Assist travel and expense process via Concur and corporate card.
• Support month-end close, accrual analysis, and reconciliations.
• Train AP Specialists to improve consistency and quality.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Handle vendor record maintenance (W-9s, 1099) and audits.
