Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and payments.
• Lead, train, and develop the AP team, establishing performance expectations and ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
• Review invoices, expense reports and payment batches for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure accurate recording of expenses and liabilities in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close processes including AP accruals and cutoffs.
• Assist with 1099 preparation, reporting and tax compliance requirements.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve outstanding invoices, discrepancies and payment issues.
