Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible accounts payable or accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable controls, general ledger coding, reconciliations, and expense management.
• Experience with a legal accounting system, such as Aderant, preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with discretion for confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt through payment and record retention.
• Review invoices for documentation, approvals, coding accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate payment runs and vendor inquiries while maintaining proper approvals and segregation of duties.
• Maintain vendor records, oversee setup, tax documentation, and payment instruction changes.
• Reconcile AP records and support month-end/year-end close, accruals, audits, and Form 1099 preparation.
