Kahana Feld LLP is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team, ensure accurate vendor invoicing, timely payments, and strong internal controls. You will collaborate with attorneys, administrators, and Finance on expense coding and client matter cost recovery.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and developing staff. Hybrid work arrangement and role-exempt status are included.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressively responsible accounts payable or accounting experience, including supervising or leading a team.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable controls, general ledger coding, reconciliations, and expense management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full accounts payable cycle from receipt to payment and record retention.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, coding, and compliance with firm policies and client billing guidelines.
• Lead vendor setup controls, payment instruction changes, and month-end close support.
