You will drive vendor interactions, reconcile complex accounts, and ensure process efficiency while maintaining internal controls across multiple US locations.

The role emphasizes strong supervisory skills, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft), and a track record of improving AP metrics.

Qualifications

• AP experience in a highly automated environment.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP systems.
• Supervisory experience in AP/shared service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AP staff including staffing, training and performance.
• Direct AP teams across workflows and vendor interactions.
• Manage AP workflow queues and issue resolution.
• Perform complex reconciliations and analytics.
• Ensure AP metrics targets are met.
• Lead process improvements and control adherence.
