Job summary

InfraSource seeks an experienced Accounts Payables Manager in Plymouth, MI. This hands-on leadership role directs daily AP workflow, ensuring timely entry, posting, and reconciliation within the ERP system to achieve a 2–3 day turnaround from receipt to posting.

You will oversee resource priorities, vendor inquiries, and payments, maintain compliance with corporate controls, and drive process improvements while coaching a team toward zero deficiencies and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payables background with 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Business or Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a paperless, shared service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AP workflow and assign daily tasks to achieve timely posting.
• Oversee ERP batch processing and ensure compliance with controls.
• Monitor vendor inquiries, payments, and month-end activities.
• Lead and coach AP team to improve efficiency and reduce deficiencies.
• Support audits and provide reporting as required.
