Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices and employee expenses accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving docs; ensure data is complete and approved.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage aged payables.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks).
• Assist month-end close with accruals and related journal entries.
• Maintain vendor files and ensure policy compliance.
• Support audit requests with documentation and analysis.
