Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial Accounts Payable role.
• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in a paperless/shared services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AP workflow and assign work to the AP team to ensure 2–3 day turnaround from receipt to posting.
• Oversee ERP batch assignments and resource priorities.
• Aim for zero deficiencies in AP processes and maintain compliance with policies and controls.
• Handle weekly check and ACH runs and manage AP email inbox.
